§ 01 — Preface

This is a short, plain-language notice. Studio Forme is a small independent design practice; we collect little information about visitors to this website, and treat what we do collect with care.

§ 02 — What we collect

Names, email addresses, phone numbers and the contents of messages you send us through the contact form or estimator. We also record basic analytics about which pages are read.

§ 03 — Why we collect it

To reply to your correspondence, to prepare an initial estimate when requested, and to understand which parts of the journal are read.

§ 04 — How long we keep it

Client correspondence is kept for the life of the project and seven years afterwards. Analytics is kept for thirteen months. Anything else is deleted on request.

§ 05 — Who else sees it

Nobody outside the studio, save for the small number of technical services (email hosting, analytics) named in our records. We do not sell or share personal information.

§ 06 — Your rights

You may ask us to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. Write to studio@forme.design.
